Cancellation Policy
We provide courtesy confirmation calls 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Should we not have the opportunity to make our courtesy calls, you are ultimately responsible for your appointments.  We request 24 hours notice for any cancellation or re-scheduling of your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost.  These fees are expected to be paid prior to future visits.

No Show Policy
We are an appointment-based business. Clients with an excessive “no-show” history may be required to pre-pay for their services at the time of booking.
