Headlines' two-year apprentice program offers participants an on-the-job alternative to cosmetology school. After program completion and passing of the State Board Exam, successful participants receive accreditation by the Maryland State Board of Cosmetology.

Headlines apprentices are paid while they learn and assist. With regular classes, they eventually build the skills and knowledge they need to begin to develop their own clientele.
