Headlines would like to introduce the newest member of our styling team:  Elizabeth Cash.  Elizabeth comes to us with 18 years of experience and has worked across the country and around the world.  Her training includes 15 years with Aveda Salons, Vidal Sassoon, Tony & Guy and Fatima Olive cutting techniques.  She is also trained in make-up and facial waxing. 

Elizabeth is married to a former service member (thus the travel) and is thrilled to be here in Silver Spring on a permanent basis.  She’s also pleased to have found Headlines, where we share her commitment to ongoing education in the beauty and fashion industry.

Elizabeth looks at her passion for hair as a way to express herself artistically; taking into account the texture of each individual’s hair, their look and their lifestyle choices as well as current fashion trends.  She sees consultation as a crucial part of this process; the styling process as partnership with each client.  She suggests that clients reevaluate their look on an annual basis as a chance to examine themselves and their style choices in light of the current fashion climate. 

She is here Tuesday through Saturday, and can fill your needs for all of our basic color, cut and style services, as well as formal hairstyles and make-up for those special occasions.
